With a strong understanding of various agile methodologies, you know when and how to adapt frameworks and best practices to fit the situation. Your strategic mindset, combined with your skill in building relationships and managing change, makes you a natural leader in any environment.

Your experience working at multiple levels within an organization, along with your commitment to long-term improvements, highlights your ability to lead and drive sustainable change.

You also have

• Higher degree of education, such as a master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, IT Management, Project Management, or a related field.

• Expertise in agile methodologies and their application to portfolio management and governance.

• Ability to engage with and align business and technical stakeholders to build commitment and drive results.

• Experience in identifying, leveraging, and connecting decision-making forums to ensure strategic and tactical alignment.

• Servant leadership approach with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

• Strong experience in driving and embedding change within complex organizational structures.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on identifying and driving opportunities for growth and refinement.

• Team player with a collaborative mindset, focused on collective success.

• Proven experience in driving change and a passion for doing so.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
