We are looking for an experienced Incident Manager with experience in Devops and SaaS plattform to help us establish and manage an effective incident management process. You will be part of our R&D organization and will work together with other talented and experienced engineers in an agile development environment.
Who are you?
As Incident Manager, you will have to demonstrate excellent analysis, coordination, rapid-action, escalation and work under pressure skills. We expect you to have a strong commitment to problem-solving, lessons-learned, quality, security, processes, have a good system understanding and be a customer-focused person.
What are your qualifications and requirements?
You are:
• Experienced with the role Incident Manager
Experience with DevOps och SaaS plattform.
Experience with SaaS plattforms
Enthusiast for taking ownership of and managing complex incidents
• Excellent written and verbal English communicator
• Skilled to lead retrospective meetings and drive root cause analysis
• Skilled at collaborating with others through Agile practices
• Experienced with modern productivity tools such as Microsoft-suite, Salesforce, Confluence and Jira
• Experienced working with cloud /K8
• Experienced working with monitoring and analysis tools
• Self-driven, you take initiative and have the drive to make changes
• Committed and reliable
