Tech Relations is a consultant broker in Stockholm, founded in 2019 that appoints consultants in 3 days. We have 12 customers and 22 assigned IT-consultants so far.
We had a revenue of 11,2 M SEK during the first year. (2019)
We have a good relationship with our connected consultants and partners and we mainly focus on appointing IT-consultants.
Diana Itaoui is the founder of Tech Relations. She has worked over 8 years with consultancy sales and have over 16 years of experience within Marketing & Sales.
Diana has also been Sales Manager and Partner for several consulting companies in Stockholm and is passionate about relationships and consultancy sales.

We are very picky with which candidates we present and we always check Linkedin references before we present CVs to you.
We also know how important preparation is before every interview, therefore we always prepare our consultants before every interview, telling them about You and our culture and more about the assignment and expectations.

Matching the right consultant, fast- is our cup of tea! This is how we work to ensure that the consultant and customer find each other. When the consultant has started the assignment, we always follow up regularly and we also handle time reporting & invoicing.

When our customers have a consultant need
We usually met our customers over lunch or in a meeting. They usually tell us that they have consultant needs. We contact our consultant companies and freelancers, who we have top of mind, and that we trust.
We review CV:s and check Linkedin references before presenting. We improve the CV if needed. We present the CV to the customer and indicates hourly rate. Prepare consultant before interview. We can also come to the inteview.
Then we take care of everything commercial & admin such as time reporting, invoicing & follow-ups.

A consultant contacts us, which we know is awesome.
We contact our existing customers where we think the consultant would fit in, and present him/her if there is a current consultant need.
Interview is booked, we prepare the consultant. Then handle all administration, commercial & follow ups.
